This policy explains how IT Career Rise ("we", "us") handles information submitted through www.itcareerrise.com, including the public website, WhatsApp community groups, the WhatsApp Channel, and the associated admin dashboard.

We collect information you choose to submit through forms on this site:

• Contact form: name, email, phone number, service of interest, and your message.
• Hiring / role-brief form: your name, company, work email, phone number, and role details you provide.
• Career applications and job alerts: your email address, and name if provided.
• Testimonials: your name, email, optional role/company, service used, rating, and message. Your email is never displayed publicly — only your name, role/company, service, rating, and message are shown after a submission is reviewed and approved.
• Visitor analytics: a randomly generated, non-identifying cookie used to count unique visits and page views. We do not collect names, emails, IP addresses, or precise location through this cookie, and it is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

• To respond to your inquiry, hiring request, or application.
• To moderate and, if approved with your consent, publish testimonials.
• To send job alert emails, if you subscribed to them.
• To understand aggregate site usage (visitor counts, popular pages) so we can improve the site.

We do not sell your information. Some form submissions are also relayed to our own notification tooling (Web3Forms) purely so our team receives an email alert of a new submission — this is an internal notification channel, not a third party we share your data with for their own purposes.

We retain submitted information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain the community, or as required by applicable law — we do not currently publish a fixed retention period for every data type. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us (see below), and we will act on that request as soon as reasonably possible.

Joining a WhatsApp group or the WhatsApp Channel is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy practices, not just ours. Anything you post inside a group is visible to other members of that group. We do not control what other members do with messages you send.

This site uses a first-party, privacy-friendly visitor cookie (described above) and Vercel Analytics / Speed Insights for aggregate performance monitoring. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers.
